Position Description
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation and program management while working in a global life sciences company? Then this role is perfect for you. As a Working Student in our QIAbase Program Management Office (PMO), you will actively support our digital transformation initiatives and contribute to impactful projects.
You take ownership of standard and ad-hoc reporting and analysis, helping the team make data-driven decisions.
You are responsible for updating program and project plans, including task management and follow-ups.
You ensure quality checks are carried out, take corrective actions when needed, and handle administrative tasks with accuracy.
You support the Program Management Office with a variety of tasks and contribute to taskforce activities that drive the program forward.
Position Requirements
You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
You have strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with JIRA or MS Project is a plus.
You enjoy analyzing data, spotting trends, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
You ideally already have experience in project or program management through internships, student jobs, or university projects.
You communicate clearly and confidently in German (advanced) and English (fluent), both written and spoken.
