Your IMPACT:

  • Act as the regional point of contact for supplier quality and collaborating with the corporate supplier quality team
  • Actively participate in defining Schneider Supplier Quality Management (SSQM) processes and provide feedback to the corporate supplier quality team for improved applicability, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Work closely with Schneider plants and suppliers across continents
  • Train and coach Schneider plants in SSQM processes to ensure effective deployment of tools and processes
  • Monitor supplier quality performance at the regional level and drive supplier quality performance improvement together with plants
  • Lead supplier quality improvement, development, and transformation projects, utilizing quality tools, problem-solving methodologies, and coordinating resolution of critical supplier quality issues and escalations

Your Profile:  

  • Several years of professional experience in supplier quality or quality function with a good command of English and presentation skills
  • Good manufacturing process knowledge, such as special processes, mechanical component manufacturing, epoxy molding, etc., and a good understanding of QMS, APQP, PPAP, SPC, PFMEA, and problem-solving tools
  • Ability to build successful relationships, work across multiple disciplines, and collaborate effectively with a large network of internal colleagues.
  • High commitment to company vision, values, and excellent customer service, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong leadership, team building, change management skills, and experience in developing, managing, and executing corporate programs, along with structured and process-oriented thinking
  • Ability to articulate complex analysis effectively, influence others, and interact with various levels of management, demonstrating high energy, engagement, and a strong aptitude for learning new topics
