• Further develop test management in collaboration with the QMS team and subject matter experts, including analyzing and optimizing the test environment and selecting suitable tools, particularly for test automation
• Develop and define test strategies and test methods for projects and product development
• Take on the role of Test Lead/Test Manager in product development and complex projects, including planning and coordinating test teams where required
• Analyze requirements and use cases with regards to testability, appropriate test methods, and assignment to the relevant test phases
• Create test plans and test specifications
• Report on test status and progress based on defined KPIs

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional training; alternatively, solid knowledge of software development processes
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in test management
• Knowledge of process design and project management is an advantage
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional approach
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience in the aviation industry or other safety-critical environments is an advantage
